He’s been referred to as the ‘British Obama’, he’s been named as the top 100 people to make Britain a happier place, and has been featured for two years in a row in the Financial Times EMPower top 100 Ethnic Minority Leaders. Dawood is an Oxford graduate and is the founder and CEO of Reluctantly Brave, a consultancy and creative agency with a focus on diversity and inclusion, which specialises in helping businesses build strategies and implement positive and sustainable change.
